FUCK. I just finished watching it and i'm so pissed and sad that Jiraya died. I actually shed a tear. I had a feeling that he would die but I hoped that he would escape and survive. Jiraya is one of my favorite characters so it really annoys me.

I'm so fucking mad that he died.

And I don't read the manga so I didin't know this would happen.

What are your thoughts on this episode.

I also don't read the manga, I kind of just go with the anime. I'd just rather watch the scenes in motion versus on paper. I did know what would happen though because of Fpod reading wiki's all the time.

But yea, I also got teary eyed. He was killed mercilessly and still managed to die peacefully.

At least they don't go with the concept of no matter what happens no good person dies. But in this case I wish they would.

It was sad when Sarutobi died but nothing compared to this.

WHY? R.I.P. Jiraya.

Manly Tears were shed...It hit me so hard in the manga.. and it hit me just as hard here.. Why Jiraya-sensei ! why!?!

Yes why oh why. He was without a doubt one of the best characters in Naruto.

I knew he was gonna die, because once I accidently saw manga page with that scene...

That sucks.

I watch the anime, because IMO it is better than manga although I can be wrong...

I thought the episode was pretty good, Tobi being clumsy as he is and its good to see that the fight between brothers is drawing near. Only disappointment, its going to start on the 19th

i knew he died long ago in the manga but

seeing him die in the anime was still more emotional :(

I read the manga and watch the anime.
In my opinion the animation was more touching than the manga, nontheless its very sad that it had to happen.
I was like "Just go and escape! >.<". I really loved his character.

He could avoid death by waiting and retreating after Pain's departure...

The manga is better because i have not seen Naruto say believe it since the 20 ep of shippuden.

The best thing was when Itachi collpased...

yeah itachi died was good, kinda hit me by suprise when the jiraiya died.

Ufff... Episode 141 is out and now I myself Im confused about: was Itachi were evil or not? and in addition Team "Taka" gonna wear Akatsuki robes (I've only saw Sasuke wearing these on random images.I didnt think that this gonna happen for real) and they gonna help Akatsuki in hunting down remaining Jinchuriki...
