Uh.. wasn't this revealed like back when they were in east blue? I clearly remember someone (one of those two dudes Zoro meet in the beginning i think) stating that it was the fishman Shichibukai that released Arlong in east blue.

Im curious to see the direction that they will take the story in. Im guessing their will be some event that will propel the straw hat crew to the new world. But for now getting back to the topic on jinbei. Im guessing Luffy will beat the shit out of him for what he did then forgive afterwards or something like that. If not that he will throw an intimidating punch into a wall or something. Personally I cant wait for the author to actually start talking about the super novas they've been kicking around too much dust in the background!
