one piece

all of the people/ otaku have at least watched one piece and known that everyone of luffys crew has a back history of pain and suffering my question is

Which one of luffys crew has the darkest back history?

Do we need to discuss this..? It's Robin ofc. She'd been hunted her entire life against her wishes whilst she hadn't done anything and apparently has the power to destroy the world.

The other backstories are just mostly sad.

I'm starting to like One Piece,though I hate Luffy, the most annoying character ever!! The anime would be superb without him.

I pretty much agree with this.

Fuck that, naruto is the most annoying character from anime.

Granted, however this is a One Piece post, and yet Luffy is more annoying than Naruto or Ichigo.

Luffy= Stupid as hell (I mean a little humor is good, however Luffy's stupidity is overdone).

Naruto= Has a raging boner for Sasugay, and nothing will please him more than to sate his wishes to get impaled by Sasugay's boner (although I enjoy the show).

Ichigo= This guy just wants to be the new Goku, unoriginal, has no depth. Used to enjoy the manga, but since Aizen was beaten the series has taken a turn for the worse.

Oh, I get it! You're like a crazy person!* Luffy more annoying than that squirt of a Naruto. I wish I knew how to make semi chuckle sound in text form because damnit, it would be perfect right now.

Quite obvious its Robin for me ...

Straight to the point.

Nami's backstory came as the second for me. Being slaved by someone she hated the most for years, and the fact that she can do nothing other than that, not counting the outcome that she's also tricked in the end.
It's tragic.

In my opinion, Chopper. He killed the only one who ever loved him.

Brooke... all his friends were slaughtered, and he was too... then he came back to life. Now THAT is a dark past.

They killed whole her village including family and friends (she didnt have meny but the ones she had) thats pretty damn sad...

Robin's stands out by far. The others are all tragic, but I think they are equally tragic.

Definitely Robin. I mean, from what I vaguely remember, her whole hometown were destroyed before her eyes, she was persecuted for "having" the power to destroy the world and had to survive since her early age by hiding and being affiliated to different groups of bad people. All of that for being the sole survivor of her hometown and on top of that, her only hobby was reading books and learning history. Nami's story is quite dark as well, but compared to Robin's, it is at a distant second place.
