This is just so incredibly inaccurate that I just don't know where to begin.

if you want you can watch it at www.anilinkz.com.
Or just watch it in HQ legally and for free at vizanime.com.

What do you guys think about the series now that it has ended. I could not be more satisfied with the way events played out. I personally think Kagome and Inuyasha make one of the the best anime couple i have ever seen aside from Kira and Lacus from Gundam Seed and maybe a few others which I would have to think on.
Meh, I didn't like the ending to Inuyasha, I personally think Takahashi-san was just giving the fans what they wanted, a picture perfect ending. I prefer her usual unresolved relationships.

Inuyasha has been one of the longest running animes with over 600 episodes total
Where the hell did you get 600? Inuyasha didn't even reach 200 episodes (The original had 167 episodes) and it is nowhere near the longest running anime. (The longest running anime as well as the one with the most episodes is Sazae-san with over 6000)

and has spawned four movies of which I hope they will make more of.
Why would they make anymore? The Final Act finished to where the manga did. Pretty much everything has been resolved. The series is over, finished and done with. They MIGHT many years from now make an anniversary movie, but even that is unlikely.

Granted the original series had a load of fillers and at times the story seemed to move at the pace of a snail.
Why the fuck does everyone complain about fillers? What's so wrong with a little break from all the action? Plus the "fillers" you speak of were all stories from the original manga which provided a whole lot of good charactor and relationship devolopment. I was furious that they took all that out.

That said even though there was a lot of content skipped I still believe Kanketsu-hen managed to wrap up the series perfectly.
Perfectly? They squished a 5+ chapter long ending into 1 episode! It was crammed and rushed.

I applaud Viz Media for finally deciding to finish the series and give it the send-off it deserved.
Viz Media? Where the fuck do you get the idea that they had absolutely anything to do with the new Final Act. It was made by some japanese company called Sunrise I believe. Viz Media is an American company who only subbed the Final Act.
And a facepalm for good measure.
