Opinions on the end of Inuyasha

Hi

Well it's been a long time coming for Inuyasha but the final episode of Inuyasha Kanketsu-Hen is finally done and if you want you can watch it at www.anilinkz.com. What do you guys think about the series now that it has ended. I could not be more satisfied with the way events played out. I personally think Kagome and Inuyasha make one of the the best anime couple i have ever seen aside from Kira and Lacus from Gundam Seed and maybe a few others which I would have to think on.

Inuyasha has been one of the longest running animes with over 600 episodes total and has spawned four movies of which I hope they will make more of. Granted the original series had a load of fillers and at times the story seemed to move at the pace of a snail. I would have liked to have seen the entire series done but considering the volume of the manga it would have take much much longer. That said even though there was a lot of content skipped I still believe Kanketsu-hen managed to wrap up the series perfectly.

I won't spoil the ending because it's simply something you have to watch for yourself. One scene made me jump for joy and the other scene had me shedding tears like a waterfall and when you see the episode I am sure you will be able to guess which scenes they were. I applaud Viz Media for finally deciding to finish the series and give it the send-off it deserved. The last episode of the original series made me so pissed because of the mega-large cliffhanger it left that I punched a hole in my wall and was in a bad mood for a week. I prayed to the gods of anime that someone would finish Inuyasha and they must have heard my prayers

Now if only TV Tokyo and Aniplex would get off their rears and finish one of my other favorites, D Gray Man I would be ecstatic. Unfortunately the manga is moving at the pace of a glacier which isn't fast enough for me or to advance the anime. Thats another anime that made another hole in my wall and put me in a bad mood.

So let me hear your opinions and to end this let me just say " LONG LIVE KAGOME AND INUYASHA FOREVER!!!! LONG LIVE MIROKU AND SANGO FOREVER!!!!!! I think thats all I have to say but if I think of something else ill be sure to add it.

You coulda held back a little on the poor guy, not everyone knows so much about anime as everyone else, people can like what they like for their own reasons, be bad as they may...

All in all, I really don't give damn for the demon dog. I only watched the 1st episode because I thought Kagome was hawt.

Wow Pei, I'll admit some of what I said was wrong and thank you for pointing it out but do you nitpick everything people say like this? I think when I said 600 episodes I was thinking of One Piece instead and mixed them up. As for Sunrise you are right and that is my mistake. As for watching it on Viz Media have you ever tried to do that because frankly it streams slow as hell and I have broadband internet. The movies I believe would be cool because they could at least make one more which is set after Naraku is killed. I am sad that Inuyasha is over now cause it was one of my favorite shows.

You really think so? Personally i was hoping for Kikyo and Inuyasha but...it was unrealistc from the start. The ending is very cliche, they live happily ever bla bla bla. Still, overall, it was definitely one of the best ever
