But I dont know the anime so whats the contex. If it is like bringing people back from the dead or something, and he thinks when their killed they should remain dead then it's not bad subs.

Poor Emiya. It really has nothing to do with bad subs, they are dead on. The context is simple, and I'll try to explain it without spoilers.

Emiya Shirou gets into alot of fights during Fate/Stay Night. During most of them he takes enough damage to kill most people off. Anyone else would have died right away after having Berserker rip part of their torso out...but not Shirou.

Thanks to the fact that there is 'something' in his body, he seems alot more durable. Perhaps not completely invincible, but killing him is ridiculously hard. So whenever he is 'killed', per se, he doesn't die.

The quote itself refers to the part where he decides to get rid of the 'thing' in his body, since it would be of better use elsewhere, and he is resolved that this is how it should be. When people are killed, they die.

dunno about the other pics, but in fate/stay night what shirou said is exactly that(with explanation done by tsuyoshiro). so it's not fansubbers' fault....

and while i am at it, i recommend you all to play to play the VN fate/stay night. dont watch the anime because the anime is nowhere near the VN in epicness. i believe that VN is very easily found in fakku....
