Presidents of the Various Student Councils

Just the other day, I was thinking about the various anime titles being aired in the autumn season of 2009. An anime protraying high-school life may not necessarily have a student council president as one of its main characters, but having 3 popular ones in a particular season seems like quite a handful to me. (Either that or I have not been thinking or counting much for the past few seasons.)

In any case, I digress. The purpose of this thread to pay tribute, or at least make a list of all the student council presidents we have come to love in anime and manga, regardless of gender (personally, I tend to remember the females). Once again, I shall start the ball rolling and I hope you will be able to aid me along the way.

The 3 popular student council presidents of Autumn 2009 are as follows:


Shizuku Sango (Kampfer): Model student with a seductive personality. Will not hesitate to make a move on the person she loves.


Mikako Satsukitane (Sora no Otoshimono): Intelligent but extremely cunning, with a hot body. Thinks of herself as "nice".


Kurimu Sakurano (Seitokai no Ichizon): We are bound to have a loli-like student council president eventually. Cute would be a good word to describe her.

Other student council presidents I can think of are as follows:


Sasara Kusugawa (To Heart 2): Tends to keep to herself, or perhaps just shy, but has garnered quite a huge number of supporters.


Milly Ashford (Code Geass): Not forgetting the outspoken president who cares deeply for her friends.

He's not the president throughout the entire series, and the club is far from being a student council, but I would love to have a guy like him as the president of an anime club. He's hardcore but not a gigantic asshole about everything. With him around, it's impossible to feel like you're too much of a nerd. He just really makes you feel like you belong. That is, if you're a huge geek like me.

By the gods of fanservice, you are right! I actually forgot.

I only remembered Hisa as the president of the mahjong club. Going through my memory, she is indeed the president of her school's student council too.
