This episode is a classic example of a tsundere falling in love at first sight. Awww~ Seika's blushing is somewhat cute (see above).

It's going the way the OP depicted. First episode was built for Charlotte, third episode was built for Sylvia and fourth episode (this) was built for Seika. I wonder when the maid will fit in but I'm sure it's an episode or two after this one.
Teppei sure is the typical anime gentleman - even if the girl stomped on your feet more than 4 times with the pointed part of her stiletto.
Stomping on a guy is the new switch.
The episode's best part was when Teppei and Seika are on an interview and the private conversational dinner. Seika made a 360 degree outlook on Teppei, with him going the distance to improve their relationship.
