Well... in anime, some slapstick shots happen. Armed man get beat by a guy with a broken bokuto, but I've seen worse than that in some eroge. But it was fun ^_^

This show absolutely rules in my opinion, I'm watching it right now and I'm absolutely hooked. I know there are those who think that anime adapted from visual novels can not be good but if you honestly think that you have not followed this anime or Utawarerumono. Since the visual novel hasn't been adapted to english I have not played it yet and even if it was I am going to wait till the series finishes before playing it so i don't spoil the anime for myself
I don't base on whether an anime is gonna be good or not because of where it was adapted from. Obviously anime is going to be better because the characters are going to be more developed than in a visual novel/eroge.

It really is an awesome anime. I can't wait for EP 11.
(Btw, rumours say that there will only be a total of 12 episodes... Sounds suspicious... But I really hope that in the end Teppei gets hooked up with Charlotte!)
