Princess Resurrection from Anime to Manga

SO I watched Princess Resurrection and i just loved the anie but i'm pretty sure there isnt going to be anthor season(bummer,hate it when this happens)so what I would like to know is should I read the manga from the start because there might be some differences or should I continue from the chapter where it is not yet adapted to an anime,if so then which chapter?
