RED Eyes

Firstly I am sorry if there is another thread about the same topic as i don't find any from the master list.

This time i am showing a new manga called: "RED Eyes" which genre is war and modern battle.

Story Summary:
At the start of the series, the Republic of Regium is engaged in a costly war with the Federation of Dragnov. Dragnov wanted to reunify the two countries, but Regium was bitterly opposed to this and mobilized their army instead. In part due to winter conditions, the Regium forces had the upper hand at the start of the war, but gradually the Dragnov forces came close to overrunning Regium's last line of defence around the capital of Solgrenne, until Dragnov launched a new missile that caused serious damage to the capital despite being detonated indirectly 8 km outside the city, which convinced the Regium politicians to negotiate for a surrender, although the Regium Third Army refused to surrender and continued fighting.

The story follows Captain Grahad Mills, commander of the Regium special forces "Jackal" unit, that utilizes the most advanced SAA(Special Assault Armor) in existence. With the last line of defense faltering, the Jackals are deployed in a last ditch attempt to hold the line, and succeeded at destroying all opponents in their sector. Unexpectedly though, Mills's subordinates all frame him for the murder of several Regium soldiers, causing him to be sentenced for execution. Mills then escapes from Prison, and tracks down the old members of the Jackals, trying to find out why they betrayed him.

The story's conflict takes place approximately in Eastern European countries such as Ukraine, Romania, Hungary, Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia, and Bulgaria.

Lol it seems the scanlation is quite slow even compared to my countries release which mades me lol.

This was the first and only manga I have in Japanese.

I had no clue in hell what it was about, other than cool looking deaths.

Maybe now I'll understand it.

Read this for a while half way through the art style started to change? Character started to have too small eyes didn't look as good as before in the beginning chapters. Haven't finish reading it yet get to it someday...ongoing 9 volumes so far

Well it has been published till volume 10 in my country and i can said the war rocks. The Suits, weapon, and the main char "Genocide" vs "Cobra". This series is able to make me interested in infantry and ground battle once more as nowadays we have too many futuristic sci-fic series i think.

RED EYES in my country has reached the 13th volume - which is pretty awesome! I just liked the idea of powered exoskeleton armor did not replacing the standard military arsenal but just complimenting it. Although Mills genocidal capacity is near unlikely godly - it's a good stuff none of the less :-)

Are you too fucking lazy to google? geez.

Ehhh what a troll and i thought my place is fast. But if u said if Mills is godly, we could still see that he had some trouble facing Cobra, Former Jackal member and the super weapon Long Range Cannon and this adds to the reality that one super soldier still only can limited things.

Yeah, the fight against Cobra team leader is damn awesome - especially the trick reload! He do had his limitation but come on - decimating 30+ fully armed soldiers (10 wore SAA) with nothing but his rifle? even Baross is shocked when he sees it :-( - And that Hy-Velo (compact) Railgun on Mk-52 is a real mean business!

P.S: I Just purchased the 14th volume - The grunts had the spotlight here, finally!

Still, I'd kill to acquire a SAA - at least a Zebra or Mk.52 - Infantry casualties in the country who employ SAA versus country who don't will be astronomically low ;-D Except every infantry on the other side is equipped with M203, or carrying something like RPG-7 or AT-4 which is unlikely OR everyone is as badass as Mills which is even MORE unlikely

Lol i thought that was volume 11. It means that i already read till Volume 14 as i read the same edition as urs where the Slow turtle army faces the God Hand.

And i never thought that Indonesia, my country could release manga at the same speed as Japan's.(Here i thought only gunslinger girl who is fast enought.)

Yeah, same here - looks like our translators is on crack lately because in some frequent cases we catch up with some high profile manga releases.

The heavy armored version of VALME is just well...orthodox... buffing the already slow SAA with another weight in shape of a Gatling gun and a shield. Baldish is always better than Valme (Normal variant) sadly there weren't enough of them to turn the tide.

What worries me is the damn MASS PRODUCED Valme - that thing is already awesome for any cladders but MP-ing in instead of limited production like Swashbuckler did? that was so broken. Wished they MP Mills railgun so it could equalize the field again.

Is it just me, or I kinda hate the new MNk-52 equipment - too bulky - the first apperance equipment is better. Submunition dispensers, Railgun, and 15.2mm MG. Later one is kinda dull :-(

P.S: Is that Puru(s) clone? Because I kinda like her and that pic looks deliciousl, kinda hoped they paired Judau with her.

Well yeah the new equip for MK-54 i think it is okay but yes the equipment before is much better as the new equipment seems to sacrifice its mobility for its firepower.

For Valme, What can we say? The Winner Dragnov has more money as they won the war and gain new resources from Regium territory so it is not suprising they are able to MP Valme for mass use meanwhile the foes is only a rebelion army which is consisted with great SAA aces and good strategist however with limited resource so we can not said that it is unfair.

What i fear is the three BK(Black Knight including "Nightmare") i hope they won't be crazily over power as Clays said that Genocide skills is equal to one the four head of the BK which mean they will need a lot of power to fight them in the future.


Anyway yes that is all Puru clones.(It has 12 Ple including Marida Cruz lol in DFC swimsuit.)
