From mangaka Tetsuia Tsutsui, same who made Manhole and Duds Hunt. Of all three, this one is my favorite.
I guess if the preview didn't turn you on, then you can pretty much forget it. But you'll be missing out on something great.

I noticed people nowadays don't like serious stories very much huh? (or was it always like that?)
Kinda makes me sad, since it's my favorite genre...
