Starts off with a little back-story. Apparently Fong-Fong and this Sai Lung guy are cousins and used to be friends. There was a visual pun reference to Guns n' Roses and apparently Yukari can use summoning now, though not without consequences it seems. Another thing is that the author apparently made Fong-Fong's special skill to be a martial arts prodigy like his mother instead of his sucky level of skill with summons.
Like last chapter it seems, at least to me, that Ikeda is trying to pair up Fong-Fong and Yukari.
