Tell me where i can start reading this? Last chapter i read was when they were in some dream world. after onemanga went down i stopped reading.

Okay, chapter 41 finished and my opinion.
I know that probably all the harem lovers are excited about the current chapter, but overall I don't think that it's going to change much in Tsukune's harem - since, after all when Tsukune was kissed by Kurumu he wasn't in a state that I would consider normal, so it's pretty much unknown if he is going to remember the kiss, and I believe that Ikeda is going to treat it in the same way, as he treated Tsukune's confession to Moka - in other words, once Tsukune is going to wake up, he won't remember the fact that he had been kissed by Kurumu at all.
In other words, this is just Ikeda's manner to "reset the harem" after Kurumu and Mizore have heard Tsukune's confession to Moka, but since the manga is still ongoing, I don't think it provides any details on what kind of ending this manga is going to get.
