school rumble need more

so ive been watching school rumble for the past 2 weeks and its ending soon :(... so what is another fun anime like this or something funny or even action packed. there are just soo many damn series so some help on some good ones would help thanks

will there be a term 3 of school rumble? i really hope so!!! please school rumble term 3

3rd session would be awesome... but at the moment theres nothig announced.

School Rumble gave me laughs when I needed, definitely one of my favorite. Oh and Fruit Basket is a good recommendation I feel like watching it again now.

Fruits basket was great but it got me 'lil depressed near the end. Azumanga is brilliant however so i would also reccomend it, its very light hearted and just makes you smile, i was sad to see it end.

there are rumours swimming around that season 3 is coming soon...the stated season 3 will be the final of the School Rumble anime...

from what ive read in the manga there seems to be more than enough material for a third season, maybe halfway into the fourth one even if that were possible..
Hopefully it doesnt end with a just the third season, and hopefully we get to see it soon

Alright somehow i have a feeling that this OVA is gonna take longer then expected to be release and also lets hope they tie things up in this OVA... the whole running-in-circles plot is really getting to my nerves no doubt is good but i think they are overdoing it...

I was gonna link the torrent to the promo vid, but diP posted the youtube video already. Anyway, can't wait!

Holy Shit!

There is no S3, it's just a 2 episode OVA oddly starting from 25-26

since I led you here, guess I'll talk a bit...
I'm still stuck with the first season honestly, I believe the last thing I saw was around ep15-16 or something. This series amazingly bores me to no end. I have nothing against it, that's just how I feel every time I watch it. And if I'm going to compare it to a lot of other slice of life series I've seen, obviously this is last on my list.

Not even Mamiko Noto (my most fav seiyuu) - who played as Yakumo, wasn't able to spare me the horror of watching this. I'm not saying that the series was bad, it just didn't fit to my liking.

Though I did love the themes that were used in the series. :D
Scramble is my favorite (OP of 1st season) - performed by Horie Yui w/ Unscandal



I'm still planning to finish it either way... once I feel like it. :wink:

btw, season 3 was only a two episode OVA in case you didn't know or haven't seen it yet, it's already "subbed"

That so called '3rd season' was as much of a fail as the manga ending.
I don't remember the exact reasons behind this but those 2 are the only thing that remains from the full 3rd season that was being produced but got discontinued. Hence the abrupt pacing and ton of slide-shows in those 2.

A disappointing end to an awesome manga/series :(
