Scientists in anime, who's the weirdest?

I've watched a "LOT" of anime and plenty of them have had a scientist who is really weird. I want to know who people think is the weirdest scientist and why.
Mine would be kurotsuchi Mayuri from bleach, he is a master of dissection, experiments on people while he's fighting them, has experimented on himself and looks really weird too.

Hot Damn! Me too! I was actually gonna Cosplay him at Anime Central this year but won't be able to get the funds so I had to opt for a character from Baccano!. But yeah, Next year... DEFINATELY. He is the complete mad scientist!
I do also have to agree on Mayuri-kun. He would be my next choice. so damn weird, yet kinda kewl... in a weird way lol.

Dr. Stein was totally fucking awesome! He was just soo cool and weird and funky :)
Another one is Kisuke from Bleach! HE IS THE COOLEST GOOD GUY IN THAT WHOLE SHOW!
