Takes pretty long to get charged but is strong.

I wonder why Vegeta never uses his Galik Gun (or however it is spelled). The only time I ever saw Vegeta use it was the first fight with Goku, which he took pretty long to charge up.

Just watch power ranger and see that each time they transform or setting a grand weapon, they need 1 minute (why don't the enemies just attack them?). also, as everyone said, dragonball finishing move can take a half of the show itself....

Everybody starts slow. No good attack is developed immediately. Just take Piccolo and his Special Beam Cannon (yes, I used the dub version).

I think Lloyd poses too much for Falcon's Crest and Emil just stands around with his eyes closed for like 30 seconds when he uses Devil's Hellfire... They should be like Asbel and his Dark Blade and attack immediately

In Kenichi, finishing moves are executed instantly, its just that the character thinks right beforehand that he is going to perform the fatality.
