Since it's became licensed, the scanlators that translated it stopped. you can try stoptazmo.com, but I don't think they have anything else other than the first 3 volumes.

Seriously, $29? You could probably buy it from the US ,a Japanese copy and ship it over to boot. Are you sure you don't mean 29 yen, or something? Or you could always wait for Borders to send you some nice discounts, if you have those there...
