I have to say this idea with shimigami sama only be able to move with the area of shinbusen was made ridicilous in this episode......seriously wtf did they think this is funny or something ?
in the manga brew was something totaly different and no like here a piece to for eibons machine
further more black stars fight at the beginning was totaly lame an uninspired...if they would have sticked with the manga then this scene would have been awesome, but now black star and mifune just run towards each other yelling, then slashing, then the stereo stance were both of them remain still.
then we see some blood on black stars face and then the obligatory fall of mifune.......*yawns*
seriously could then not even once rip this shit stereoscene of in every fucking fight when they lack a good fighting synchro or what man......

I totally Agree with you dude, the shinigami thing is so lame, they could've wish, shinigami can seperate his soul and can freely fight the kishin. and the black star - mifune fight doesn't have a good scene, so short and so fuckn boring seriously, I would've thought of black star dying. In my opinion the story could have gone better than this.

Also I hate how little they got into Eibons past. That could have been a whole episode them just having a flashback.
Edit: Also the whole mecha thing was way to weak... I mean for a man whose soul is... lets say x100ish larger than his opponent you'd think it'd be a no brainer but he was having some trouble.

he's funny, and somewhat cool sometimes.

Whatever this anime does, it works for me. Even though the whole Death City robot was kinda rediculous at first, it was very funny and entertaining. I love how Shinigami acts in this episode. And I don't ever want Black Star to die because I love Tsubaki. 8)
