Suicide Island

People failed their suicide attempts and have given up their right to live while in the hospital. The government officially lists them as dead and dump them on an island. -------- First chapter is scanlated by Red Hawk scanlations. The author is the same person that did Holyland. It gives off a Battle Royale/Lord of the Flies kind of feel. Although, they haven't started killing each other yet... Spoiler:A few of them commit suicide after waking up though.
