Anyone know what Super Black Jack is? I've been looking around and I've seen doujins of it a few times. The chars were hot so I decided to look it up on Google and Wikipedia but the only thing I could find were figurines but nothing on the anime/manga.

I have never heard of a Super Black Jack, are you talking about Black Jack Other than that I really don't know what you’re talking about. Black jack by the way wasn't terrible I sat all the way though it, wasn't great though.

the art might not be great compared to current day mangas but i can say it's original at least :) and Black Jack imo have great stories and life lessons :)

Black Jack and Super Black Jack aren't the same.
Tecmo released a number of pachinko, black jack, and slots games in Japan and Rio was the interactive mascot / dealer of them. She appears on the screen above the actual game and, the more you win, the more outfits of her's you unlock. It was an idea that just became super popular in no time. Now they even have Super Black Jack applications for cell phones with her in them. As far as I know, there aren't any anime that feature Rio.
Japanese people can make doujinshis out of anything...
