The Breaker New Waves: Shi-woo not having his abilities

Is anyone pissed that Shi-woo still does not have his abilities. All he can do his heal himself because of that thing inside of him

I think Shiwoon will get his powers back somehow at around chapter 40. After all thats when he started becoming badass in the first manhwa.
