I'd say characters with ahoge (single hair sticking out) looks ridiculous. Very few caharacter looks good with that kind of hairstyle.

Anyway here is my candidate:
I mean yellow and green hair, perfectly parted down the centre up into curls with purple undernieth, and a purple mostache...groovy :D
He even went to the trouble of dyeing his right eyebrow yellow and his left green to match his hair, now thats dedication!
