any one else watching the Third? Ive been torrenting it, but there arent any seeders. Ive been stuck on the same episode for weeks. Anyway, just looking for someone to talk to about it
I officially don't like you from now on. Been preparing a topic about the series and intended to post it today ... and here this ...
Joking of course.
I'll share my knowledge and opinion bout the series when I come back (should be a few hours).
For now I'm just gonna say it's a surprisingly good anime.

What??? no way. I always don`t buy it though it peak my interest. How can my anime detector not working. Hahahahahaaha. If u can, can u give me details about it.
The main character is a girl who is a badass with a sword. She works freelance odd jobs- anything that needs doing, she will do. The story begins the night she finds a strange man wandering the desert in the middle of the night. its a great watch, and if anyone can help me get the episodes faster, please do.
Well, just buy it. Fortunately in my country I can buy it in normal store for about $2,5. If it is trully good. I`ll try buying it. But the protagonist is a female. Thinking........
I could buy it, but that would mean that the more than a month Ive spent torrenting it was wasted. Also, its expensive and not so easy to come by where Im from. I dont know, maybe I will shell out for it at some point. but not right now.
Produced and animated by Xebec under the director Jun Kamiya (no idea who the guy is really), this 26 episode-long anime provided me with a surprisingly pleasant experience.
Set in a post-apocalyptic setting (usually a winner in my book) with most of the planet covered by dessert, it tales a story of a young female handyman by the name of Honoka. Cute and carefree as she may be, Honoka proves very versatile and competent and with her partner Bogie (a tank with an AI on board) and her sword at her side, she is capable of undertaking any mission.
If I were to name the best thing about the show, it would most definitely be the characters. Honoka alone is a stunning main character. She is very complex and apart from her usual joyfulness we will be given to discover a wide variety of her sides ... and secrets.
The support cast is also properly build, diverse and likable (cute loli sidekick, romantic interest and sexy competition included).
The art quality is a mixed bag. It looks excellent for the most part but some episodes made me believe that the animator decided to take a vacation and part-timers were hired in his stead.
Can't really comment on the sound since I remember little about it. Probably means it was ok but nothing remarkable.
The story itself was entertaining but the separate arcs seemed a bit incoherent at times. Lot of nice quality action (swords, tanks and other fun shit), drama, and moral conflict. It got a bit too idealistic and philosophical near the end but IMO still managed to pull off a solid conclusion.
The series emits many Trigun/Desert Punk vibes and should appeal to people who liked either of them.

Spoiler:
@shinkage : check the ddl links at this topic. You should be able to find the series.
@Das: more or less the same with my feelings about this series. Good synopsis too. As for the animation, I definitely noticed a change in I think one or two episodes where I could tell that animation was done by a different group. (And hated it too.) I liked this series better than Trigun though.
