Many people find XDCC confusing even though it's so simple a cave man could do it. Also, I know there are some College/University students here, and many institutes outright block torrents, and I don't feel like explaining to people how to properly use a VPN. This is for those without knowledge of IRC and without the capability to torrent through normal methods.
I read your guide a couple days after it was posted. It was very explanatory, but there are still so many VLC users on the forum. I found that link(downloadanime.org) on the CCCP website(link is shown on the downloading insurgent page), which is the only reason I gave it a second look.
