1. Claire Stanfield (Baccano!) If you can put the fear of God into an unkillable immortal, then you know you're a badass.

2. Spike Spiegel (Cowboy Bebop) Expert bounty hunter and a master in Jeet Kun Do. Not to mention a former high ranking member of the syndicate.

3. Daisuke Jigen (Lupin the 3rd) Lupin's expert marksman. Can perform a 0.3 second quick draw and shoots with outstanding accuracy. Also known to carry around an assortment of firearms besides his iconic revolver, including submachine guns, sniper rifles, and even an anti-tank rifle.

4. November 11 (Darker than Black) An MI6 operative and a contractor with the ability of cryokinesis. After finding out the true motives of his organization, he confronts his superior and kills him, becoming fatally wounded in the process.

5. Mr. Chang (Black Lagoon) The guy is the living embodiment of John Woo's gun-fu and is admitted by Revy herself to be on another level. He also happens to be the leader of the Chinese mafia in the area.

6. Accelerator (Toaru Majutsu No Index) Guy can throw a building, nuff said.

7. Gene Starwind (Outlaw Star) Guy's got a handheld warcrime gun and the galaxy's greatest starship, what's there to argue?

8. Hot Ice Hilda (Outlaw Star) She may have died early in the show, but not without taking someone else with her. She also managed to piss off both the space forces AND the pirates at the same time prior to her death.

9. Mugen (Samurai Champloo) A former pirate that uses breakdancing in his fighting style.

10. Revy (Black Lagoon) Like Mr. Chang, she also uses gun-fu and is often known by her nickname of "Two-hands". However, she's also known to use other weapons such as assault rifles and a grenade launcher.
