I'd like to start reading more manga, but I need recommendations. If I just ask "any recommendations", there will be many random mangas thrown out that some people liked. So, I will instead ask that everyone list their top 10 manga series that they recommend. I will add the results to an excel spreadsheet, and comprise a master list of the top recommended manga. once I get some responses, I'll post the master list here, and update it as I get more responses. hopefully this will serve as a very helpful list for anyone looking for manga.

SO, please make a list that shows from 1-10 your favorite manga. you may post less than 10 recommendations, but I would really prefer 10. If you can't decide between two ranks, flip a coin (if you don't, I will). If you want to make an edit to your top 10, please make a new post that lets me know it's an edit.

Hmm wonder why most of the replies do not involve the big three lol. In any case I guess looking at the top read mangas at manga reading sites is another good way to at least ensure that whatever manga you are reading is at least pleasant and entertaining. The top 3 is the stuff you just have to read and belongs up at the top, the rest of the list shift around all the time.

The easy part is thinking of 10 manga you like, the hard part is putting them in an ordered list.

I made the list in the order in which I would read them if I saw that a new chapter of all of them was released on the same day. In the case of Detective Conan, that would be when all parts of the current mystery are released.



11. K-ON

If I was including light novels then Index and (Bake)Monogatari would be in there. I can't find C[size=10]3[/h] or MM! translated at all or very far so from the animes alone I would recommend the novels. The author of MM! died in April I think so the novels are left unfinished as far as I know.
