Top 100 Characters Of 2010

Ideas? Opinions? Edits? Lets hear them.

As a Hitsugaya fan, sad to see hes at 70 T_T not to mention that theres like six people at spot 70 also.

It's nice to see Sebastian up high on the list, although I would have preferred Azusa to be at the top rather than Yui.

I also thought that it was amusing that Kuroneko barely beat out Kirino.

Lol Yui and her dopey look at #1. Glad Nino made the list though - but she should of been higher.

Poor Mugi - she is nowhere near her K-ON friends.

Konata is at 39, and Mugi is at 25, ok numbers out of 100 I guess, suprised that Yui got number 1 though

That list was clearly made by the votes of Moe-blob fans, ugh. Really Yui at #1? It's sad to see most of the anime community base is now nothing but Moe fans. I am disappoint.

Yeah I don't like this list - there are no characters from Kaichou wa Maid-sama.

That list is a whole slew of what the fuck.

Starting immediately with- not only having the entire K-ON! crew up there, but 3 in the top 6, with Yui as #1.

Other surprises came with Haruhi Suzumiya characters- I was convinced Endless Eight killed her entire fanbase (guess I was wrong).

Then there's characters up there who didn't even have anything to do in 2010 (unless the poll was 'Best Anime Characters of all time', which I doubt.

And some great shows such as Panty and Stocking, MM!, and Amagami don't even get mentioned.

This list fails almost as badly as I did school- and that ain't a laughing matter.

I see Gundam, I see France, I see Kira's bulging spandex pants.

Too much moe~ on teh list. Hell, while I don't hate Hetalia, the amount of men with muthafucking shoujo eyes beat the other men with shounen eyes.

This list definitely fails.

K-On is well represented, as expected.
I'm surprised to see Kuroneko so low. She was my most memorable 2010 character by a good margin. That margin would have been even bigger if not for Ayatsuji Tsukasa...who didn't even make the list. Heck, not a single girl did from Amagami, and that lasted half of 2010. Sheesh.

Heck, I'd throw Usui Takumi in there SOMEWHERE. This list is ridiculous.

EDIT: What disappoints me the most is not only did Yui win...she won in a LANDSLIDE. She received 320 votes to Azusa's 183, and from what few episodes I saw of K-On...Azusa was far, FAR more enjoyable a character than Yui. Heck, that sensei of theirs was better than Yui. Sheesh.

May I assume that the list was obtained from one of the various anime magazines?

Like I mentioned previously, the list of characters can be quite subjective. Some anime and manga magazines cater to the female audience while others may target hot-blooded males. Naturally, the votes obtained will be different depending on the demographic polled.

That probably explains why there's alot of bishoujo guys in the list.

I smell lemons.
