The sexiest of the the sexy. There is a lot of focus on female characters when it comes to deciding on who is hot or cute in anime and manga. However, I think we forget that while many of the male protagonists in anime shows are clueless idiots, there are many male characters out there that make girls (and some guys) swoon and start breathing funny. Here is neko-chan's list. Read this, then make your own or comment on who should or shouldn't be on this list. Or at least, you know, let me know if you liked it or something - I'll make other list or article type of posts in the future if you guys like them. IF THEY PLEASE YOU. On with the sexy: [size=13]Takashi Komuro (High School of the Dead)[/h] [size=14]Why he is hot:[/h] In case you were worried that I would fill this list with guys from shoujo love stories, know that Takashi's main past-times are killing zombies and building sexual tension. Besides being one of the only people in his school with the leadership and ingenuity needed to survive a zombie attack, part of his allure comes from the fact that all the other girls desperately desire his man parts. I suppose you start making plans for grabbing your man when a zombie apocalypse starts - not like you'll have a lot of choices later. It is sort of like when you see everyone stocking up on batteries at the store because a huge storm is coming, you just have to join in that frenzy because you don't want to be the only idiot without batteries... for your flashlight. These girls all fawn over him so much that while half the show is about him killing zombies and protecting his friends, (and a little girl and her puppy he saved - aww) the other half is about girls he travels with trying to get his pants off. [size=10] I can't go take a shower by myself... There might be zombies in there...[/h] Overall Sexiness: Infectious (oh yes, there will be puns). Takashi Komuro gets high marks for the massive man parts that must be between his legs if he is going around killing zombies with a baseball bat. However, he did start out as a whiny emo boy since the girl he loved chose his best friend over him. But one zombie outbreak later and Takashi showed why he is allowed to shoot his load on any girl's chest. [size=10]I meant like this. What were you thinking? [/h] [size=13]Shouta Kazehaya (Kimi ni Todoke)[/h] [size=14]Why he is hot:[/h] The truth is, at the very moment that girls stop thinking all boys are gross and infected with cooties, they'll instead start thinking that boys could be a really great way to get to see a movie and have dinner for free. [size=10]"You're paying for me, right?"[/h] They also probably thought they would grow up and marry a guy exactly like Kazehaya. He is the perfect guy in every way - he is good at sports, good looking, funny, dresses well, loved by everyone who knows him, and goes out of his way to be nice to people. Yes, Kazehaya could use his position as the most loved man in his school to bag every girl past puberty, but instead he chooses to be one of the good guys. What catches every girl's attention about him is the way he is so innocent - he is like the sweet little boy who gave you flowers for your 6th birthday, except he is in a man's body. A charming, hot, and sexy man's body. But most appealing about him is the way he acts towards his love interest, Sawako. She is the girl that no one talks to, everyone makes fun of, and walks home alone everyday wondering how she can make friends with people who don't give her a chance. Only someone as kind hearted as Kazehaya is able to reach out to her and help her find people that will care about her. And he does all this out of the goodness of his heart, not to take advantage of an emotionally confused girl. Overall Sexiness: Moderate to severe – he won’t excite you like some of the others on this list, but his sincerity and charm make him oh so irresistible. Kazehaya raised an abandoned puppy just to make a girl's day better. You know, because if having to feed and care for an animal for the next 15 years is going to make someone smile for a second or two, why not? That cute and innocent nature of his almost makes a lady want to take advantage of him. [size=10]Oh… this is what you meant by having fun with a “little doggy” after school...[/h] [size=13]Hei (Darker Than Black)[/h] [size=14]Why he is hot:[/h] Hei is one of those dark mysterious type of guys that excels with women when either he is leaning against a wall at a fancy dinner party or saves you from a group of muggers in an alley way after said dinner party. He is basically your quintessential superhero. His job involves hunting down other people called "contractors" and eliminating them before they can use their superpowers for evil. Hei's main attraction is how he looks like a rugged twenty something year old living next door that you sorta want to say hi to because he is so hot, but just can never seem to find the right time to start a conversation (besides the time you were both waiting for the elevator and all you did was smile at him while smelling his oh so sexy body spray). The way Hei is able to go from hot guy next door to deadly assassin at night makes him charming and inciting, but at the same time exciting and dangerous. [size=10]Hei looks good in whatever he wears. Even his cat has a cool little ear piercing.[/h] Overall Sexiness: If you’re looking for someone to have a deep and meaningful relationship with, Hei might not be your first choice. But when considering a one night fling, Hei is at the top of this list. His most attractive feature is one that most guys would be puzzled to hear. But I can sum it up in one word: Collarbones [size=10]I want to lick them[/h] A lot of the show has Hei walking around in an open button up shirt or a tank-top, both of which show dem bones. Out of all the guys on this list, Hei may be the most attractive body-wise. Combine that with his electric powers (they must have a "low" setting right?) and it makes a gal get curious as to what a little alone time with Hei might be like. [size=10]Oh so curious[/h] [size=13]Shinichi Chiaki (Nodame Cantabile) [/h] [size=14]Why he is hot:[/h] Maybe it is just me, but I think there are more than a few girls that are attracted to a man that is driven to achieve his dreams in life. Ever since he was a little boy, Chiaki wanted to conduct classical orchestras. He is a perfectionist and is confident in himself almost to the point of being cocky. Just before you think he is an overzealous jerk who asks way too much from the people he is orchestrating, he'll pull up a chair and show you exactly how it is done. The only thing Chiaki can do better than get a group of people to play beautiful music together is to actually play that music himself. [size=10]Neko-chan's note to self: Remember to put an innuendo about playing the violin and sexual foreplay here. I’m sure you’ll think of something. Some people may be thinking, "So what? That's it? He is ranked #2 just because he is the artsy musical type? You're an idiot neko-chan and your taste in men is horrible!" Well first off, screw you - you sound like a big jerk. Second, there is more to Chiaki than his music. The only reason Chiaki is so in love with music is because he grew up listening to the Orchestras in France. As such, Chiaki is fluent in speaking the language of romance. Along with his multilingual talents, he is well versed in all the proper etiquette and mannerisms of the social elite. But I'm not saying he is sexy just because he knows which one is the salad fork. [size=10]It is the outer most fork? See, I worked here for 15 years and never knew that.[/h] So how does Chiaki cause women to wish they were the fiddle to his bow? The answer has less to do with why he attracts ladies in particular and why it is he inspires people. Chiaki pours everything he has into what he is trying to accomplish. That sort of passion is contagious and it attracts people – sometimes it even makes you want to do better in your own life. I may have hinted at this before as well but, Chiaki is the male version of a tsundere. He may seem mean at first, but if he notices that you gave it your all, he’ll catch you the moment you feel like you can’t take anymore. [size=10]I don’t think I can take anymore – like, ever again.[/h] Overall Sexiness: Very high(note. Haha, puns). Basically what we have here is a renaissance man that is in his element when dinning the finest restaurants in Paris. What lady doesn’t love a man who treats her out to a night on the town in Paris now and again? Plus, there has to be something said about a man who spends much of his time dressed in expensive tuxedos. The only other people I know that do that are British secret agents. But maybe the real reason he draws women in is that despite acting so in control, he has a soft side that he shares only with the most intimate of people – and we reeeaally want to be on that list of “intimate” people. Also, musicians remind me of warm coffee and windy days in the park. [size=10]Mmm… tell me more about the Berlioz’s fifth movement… that’s the one where you do that thing with your tongue, right?[/h] Number 1 Usui Takumi (Kaichou wa Maid-sama!) [size=14]Why he is hot:[/h] If you've seen Kaichou wa Maid-sama! then you had to know that Usui would be at the top of this list. If you took the best of each character previously mentioned and rolled them up into a metaphorical ball of sexiness, that ball would still be just slightly less awesome than Usui. To start off, Usui has the looks, has the skills, and he has the main heroine's attention. However, Usui does something unlike any other animanga character has to date - he is able to show how being pushy and cocky can be oh so sexy. His ablity to charm you when you are mad at him puts him at the top of this list. His opened button up shirts help too... Usui does not rely on any one aspect of sexiness to win over a lady's heart, nor does he earn the affection of said lady by doing something overly heroic at the most opportune of moments. Instead, Usui is equal part gentlemen and part tease, playing both the sweetheart and the bad boy. He will tease you till you are infuriated with him, then say something that will melt your heart and make you forget you were ever mad. I could tell you about how he is perfect in everything he tries, be it at sports, school, chess, beating up anyone who would dispute his lady's honor. However, it wouldn't compare to the sheer manliness of someone who able to pull of a stunt like this: [size=10]Misaki never knew what hit her - one moment she was getting changed, the next she was having an orgasm[/h] Usui actually has two uses for that maneuver. The first of which would be used on anyone who made his lady friend cry - instead of a kiss though, the right hand would snap your neck and the left would castrate you. The second use is far more pleasant as it is basically the first step to the best foreplay you'll ever experience. Overall Sexiness: Off the charts. It may seem unfair, but in order to woo a girl you have to play a fine balancing act of sexual tension, friendliness, openness, mystery, confidence, and kindness. Each girl prefers her own unique blend, but for the most part, nobody likes anyone who leans too far into one of these categories. Usui walks this fine line like a champ, being both romantic and kind to his lover, but also aloof and suggestive. He is probably the only character who ever actually gave me butterflies from the words he says or things he does. Yeah, I did consider the fact that they are from more recent anime. I was pretty conflicted, but more than 5 seemed like too many. If I could change anything, I would put spike from Space Cowboy on the list, take off number 5. Had two men of action on there already though, a third seemed necessary.

Haburi's Sebastian should be on there too - I couldn't find enough funny pictures of him though.

Yes well it was hard to find because it isn't listed as "Black Butler" over here, it is Kuroshitsuji. That reminded me that I tried to watch the show before but had the same problem, I didn't find the show because of the different names.

I did try looking up the anime in japanese which I thought should be "Kuroi Shitsuji" but conjugated improperly when I Googled it. So I asked again just to make sure.

Yeah but I didn't make the connection that that was Black Butler. I don't know why, you can't make logic of it, okay? English is english, nippo is nippo, especially when it is in romanji.

Example, if someone ask you have you heard the song "Merry Christmas" you'd say no or maybe. But then when they say the song name is "Feliz Navidad" then you recognize it. Only happens with proper names of things I have noticed.

Anyways, I'll have a new article thingy at the end of this week if anyone cares =)
