No, but you should try reading it, the manga is epic.

One Piece is probably the most popular manga of all time as it is right now, it surpassing DB is sales was only a matter of time.

I guess I'll try One Piece now.

If I compare One Piece now, with One Piece at the beginning.. they are in 2 entirely different classes.I mean I used to not like One Piece but then i skipped a few eps and started getting to the Enis Lobby Arc and from there I was hooked o_O

I thought Naruto nd bleach would have been higher tho=\.

OMG no way One Piece is at the top of the list no way!!! That’s incredible I would never had guessed that in a million years!!! Oh and DB right at 2nd man that’s even more shocking I didn’t think that it would even be on the list I never knew those manga were so popular???

Is this list just Japan or is it worldwide.

I've been wondering about that myself, and i've started to suspect that these are only manga's that runs in Shounen Jump (Negima runs in Shōnen Magazine) , im too lazy to confirm it though.

I'm surprised to see that titles like Black Cat, Yu-gi-oh! and D.Gray-Man sold that much. Then again, there's little to no manga in the country where I live in, so it's normal that I wasn't aware of it.

Cool, HunterXHunter is up there. It's surprising that it's so high up on the list while not releasing a new volume in so long. It is quite awesome though. I'm not that surprised about the rest though.

Air Gear has some awesome battles but it just got confusing after a while. I still read the manga but I have no idea what is going on.

I wonder how those statistics would look if the totals were divided by the number of volumes ...

Yeah, but you have to bear in mind that Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball are all the same manga; the "Z" suffix was just a way of rebranding the anime. When you look at it like that, there's an immense difference between the start of Dragon Ball (kid Goku, a little monkey boy, going around with teenage Bulma and having crazy adventures) and the end of Dragon Ball (adult Goku, a father of two, fighting Majin Buu by fusing with the prince of an alien race).


Well, sales figures aside, look at how the Japanese view Bleach...
