The Eva OP wasn't a bad winner. Personally I found it disappointing the GITS OPs were so far back on the list. Those are two of my favorite themes, hands down

Oh yeah Ghost in the shell and the Record Of Lodoss War: Chronicles Of The Heroic Knight are some of my favourite OPs ever, glad to see they all made it in the 100.

L'Arc-en-Ciel have done better stuff, but that song's growing on me ^_^

I don't know if they could be considered 'top anime OPs' but I really like the OPs and EDs of .hack//ROOTS and Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei. I don't think I've even chosen one that could be considered my favorite. It's like choosing your favorite female designed by Gunma or Taka Tony, they are all hot so it can't be done.
