As for bloodbending, keep in mind that that ability is an exception. Its been done by only two people in the entire series, and only when its a full moon.
Blood bending is just one example of waterbending without using sight. The waterbenders in the forest (the hillbilly water tribe) were bending vines using the water in its veins.
Let me pose this question: earthbenders constantly pull out rocks from underground.
If they are not able to sense using vibrations like Toph can, how do they know there are boulders underneath to pull to the surface?

I see where you are going with this, but look at this example. If waterbenders can feel the water in the human body in certain conditions, then firebenders theoretically should feel the "inner fire" or heat or whatever inside the human body too. So in favorable conditions, like the comet, firebenders should be able to make people spontaneously combust theoretically. And if that's the case, its game over for everyone. There has to be some sort of limit to how much a bender can sense his/her element.
Body heat and chemical combustion are definitely not the same.
I really don't see why it's so hard for you to accept the fact that benders can sense their own element.

And also thats like asking
"shouldnt aang have been able to use the air people breathe to make their lungs explode?"
Its just not practical... though I think he could have...
But yeah its safe to say Toph CAN sense earth thats in midair, and if
she's just guessing where they're comin from based on where the person she's fighting against is standing, she must be the luckiest person in the history of cartoons since I dont remember her every being hit by a flying rock...
Several good points. Let me make a good counter.
Persondude, the earthbenders in your example that can't sense vibrations of the earth are able to bend the earth because they can sense it? Like I said, maybe to some extent, but not completely. There has to be a limit. Unless you are King Bumi, an earthbender has to be in contact with the earth to bend it. I haven't seen one earthbender (except King Bumi) that have pulled earth while in midair. The Dai Li already had the earth in their hands, so thats not it. So like I said, there has to be a limit.
For your second point, I don't get what you are saying. If you are saying that burning is chemical combustion, I get it. Heat and chemical combustion are not the same. However, when you heat something enough, it burns. No exceptions. You can call it chemical combustion or burning. It doesn't really matter. Heat is the catalyst, and that's what a firebender would tap into in order to make someone combust/burn. The burning is the end result in the example I gave. No one has done this, and there are no signs that it could've been done. Therefore, there has to be a limit.
Zak, if there was no limit, Aang in the Avatar State should be able to literally suck the air out of a person or the opposite. Maybe it wasn't done because its a kids show, so I'll leave that alone. It would've been great to see.
And in your second point, its not luck. She knows exactly where that person is going to attack as long as they are on earth based on the person's stance, etc. She did this in the earth rumble tournament. Also, if she can sense a rock thrown from a person that didn't touch earth, why didn't she just break the boulders that were being launched at them consistently throughout the series when she was on Appa with the group? She couldn't "see" them or "sense" them. It was always Aang airbending the boulders out of the way or some derivation of that.
My whole point is that there has to be some limit to how much a bender can sense his/her element. Maybe it has to do with chakra. Uh oh...
