Ah. This episode was good. (of course)

I don't know if I mentioned it last week but I knew Taiga's dad coming back would have an "I'm moving back to live with him" angle because it's so cliched. And I knew he'd still be a deadbeat. Personal experience has taught me once a deadbeat father, always a deadbeat father.

Personal problems aside, Ryuuji and Minori had a fight.

Basis: The fact that Ryuuji never got to settle things with his own father has clouded him into thinking the best of Taiga's dad and Minori (who maybe has daddy issues) expects the worst.

I was suprised by this, really.


They did the wrestling show (and as fan of pro wrestling) I thought it was hilarious.

Sensei was a little too into it...

Minori looked hilarious.

Ryuuji never made up with Minori.
Also I liked the character development of Taiga actually trying to trust her father again.
Though she ended up getting hurt. And a truly serious Minori was strange.

AH! I'm foaming at the mouth for the season finale! (until I find out that maybe it's not ending. Now I'm even more anxious about it)

And after the show, the girls promptly assaulted their (former) boyfriends, leaving them half dead.

I knew Taiga's dad was a douche. Anyway that dresses like he does is a douche. Hopefully Ryuuji will realize this soon. And also apologize to Minori, I think she knows a little more about Taiga's past than you buddy.
