I've only seen Deathnote, Elfen Lied and got up to episode 3 of Another. So I guess the first two.
I would say Another, but nothing bloody or gory happens up to episode 3. I've really gotta finish watching it.

There is Dead Space: Downfall. Its an animated movie. It is like the prequal to Dead Space. It awesome. Lots of blood and cussing.
