What would be the anime you'd watch while on a deathbed?

What would be the last anime you'd probably watch before you pass away? ( Episode if you know it) I don't know if some of you would watch an anime in that situation but it's interesting to see. =]

Mine would probably be Bleach episode 1. Epic episode.

Gurren Lagann (either one of the early eps with Kamina or the late, epic ones)
With the adrenaline kick that thing packs, I'd stand right back up, revitalized for the next 20 years ... or suffer a heart failure.

Fate/Stay Night, Episode 14. It was the episode that really got me into the series, and I think considering the content, it is a fitting thing to watch when your time is up...

Oh wow, that's one tough question. I wouldn't really know to be honest...Which is kinda sad.

K-ON's ep 12... I'd like to hear them play "light and fluffy time" once more before I choke to death...

It would have to be some badass episode rather than some tearjerker episode for sure. I would definitely rather go with determination rather than tears.

Therefore, it would have to be the final episode to Cowboy Bebop.

If I wanted to feel like shit before I died - Grave of the Fireflies. Saddest movie ever. Not just saddest anime movie, saddest movie ever, period.

If I didn't want to go out bawling like a bitch - last episode of the original Mobile Suit Gundam. Char and Amuro fight, Sayla stops them, bitch gets her head blown off, teary-eyed reunion, all's well with the world. What's not to like? Plus, I'd love to go to my doom gently singing, "Amuro . . . "

If I'd want to leave this world with a smile on my face, I'd have to see some of the most epic Gintama episodes. There's way fucking too many that's worth noting but I'd go with Mitsuba's episodes 86-87, followed by the Shinsengumi Rebellion Arc's conclusion (ep.101 - 105) and to cement that smile that I was talking about, I must watch the "Bentendo OwEe" Challenge (ep.99)! Sure, my tears will overflow from the first two "arcs" but the last one will definitely nail my coffin.

But if I'd like to hasten my death, all I've got to watch is BLACK LAGOON SECOND BARRAGE's finale... I'm probably dead even before REVY and Gin can clash guns and sword, just from the mere excitement.

Mouryou no Hako. I like that it's moody and quite paced. Unless a better anime comes my way before Death shows up, this anime will do for my deathbed watchlist before I die.

Have you actually finished watching it? I like the show for quite the same reasons, plus it's filled with fucking mysteries, that I can never get enough of. Action(GUNS) & Mystery have always been the top two genres in my list, w/ a little bit of romance which is basically secondary, just as much as humor. (I just felt like saying that out of the blue) :D

Going back on Mouryou no Hako; since Aero (the subgroup who made it as far as to subbing 8 episodes of the series) pretty much suffered a mutilating death, I haven't seen the following episodes from then on. I know that the ninth episode got sub'd, luckily, but I haven't really bothered to see it (yet) for the fact that I may not even be able to see the remaining last 4 episodes get sub'd. Well, if you can understand Japanese and have indeed finished the series without subs, I envy you... I really do.

The last episdoe of either Code Geass or R2. All the sad moments in Clannad plus the Tomoyo part. Or Higurashi, the parts I haven't watched yet.

Deathbed? Never if I'm gonna go I'd like to go out in style 8). But I would probably watch some ecchi or cool anime that would have came out around that time.
