Ya but its great for building suspence though...but when keita gets drunk the beast is unleashed lol but ya they need to eithier get "down" or somethin lol

Note that OP didn't use the singular form? It means he's looking for sisters, not bro and sis.
Now if he said SIBLINGS, that would be another story

I used the the plural form just case some people like more than one sister. So, yes it can be a brother and sister relationship, I just want to know who your favorite sister is in that relationship. Hope this clears things up a bit.
