On second thought, scratch that. What about the less dangerous world of Ouran High School Host Club? I mean, it's just a friendly looking place if you're not related to Tamaki's grandmother, or Kyouya's father.
Also, somewhere like Angel Beats!, because you don't disappear unless you follow the rules. It does sound painful to be put in fatal situations, like being stabbed and not dying, but it's worth it to spend time with people like Kanade or Yurippe.
