Holy crap, how did I forget about Black Lagoon? Remembering that series, my vote goes to Balalaika. She is so amazing, both her look and the way she handles everyone around her. Takes a badass woman to get Revy's respect, after all.

Balalaika is the epitome of where you end up if you are badass enough early in life. Living through the Soviet war in Afghanistan, and taking Hotel Moscow with her afterwards leaves her in the position of not having to wade into the shit =p But Revy is definitely a good choice. Black Lagoon I think has plenty of strong, awesome ladies. Balalaika, Revy, Shenhua, Roberta, and Eda especially.

Mine would be Akazukin, from Tokyo Akazukin, she is badass.
