Who would you fight as?

I am a huge fan of action anime. I find it really addictive to watch and am always impressed by well thought up fights. The different techniques always set my imagination off and I can never get enough of it.

Because of this I am a huge fan of fighting games especially the Naruto: Ultimate Ninja series, I have all the games except the psp titles. They make me wonder though why they don't do many games for all the other series since there are many great action anime.

So I was wondering, if they made a fighting game with any character from any anime, who would you play as (can be more than 1 character) and why would you play as them?

I personally would play as Hao Asakura from Shaman King since his Spirit of Fire amazes me and the fact that he has some really powerful moves.

The characters I use in mugen that would be Yoko and Haruhi Suzumiya

Yang Guo from The Legend of Condor Hero. He is a great martial artist that is better than Ranma. He has been able to master different martial arts and a good learner as well.

Most of all, he is my childhood idol.

I wonder what it would be to play as Negi Springfield or Evangeline A.K. McDowell from Mahou Sensei Negima. Dark Magic ftw.

I'd play as Nagato Yuki or Aigis from Persona 3. Nagato was my first anime love and she can kick plenty of ass, and Aigis is my second and current anime love and she just rocks out loud xD

Shiki Tohno in his Satsujinki persona from Tsukihime.

From a video game it'd be Raiden from MGS4 or Ragna from BlazBlue. From anime its probably Sousuke Sagara.

Most broken character ever. But still fun.

I would definitely play as The Black Reaper from Darker than Black.

I'd love to fight as Kuchiki Byakuya from Bleach because I love sakura, and he's always so damn poised. Hmm...who else...

Eddy Gordo from Tekken, because capoeira is cool.
Chun-Li from Street Fighter because...well, I've always wanted to fight in a quipao.
Kallen Statfield for my mecha fights

Um, must be an anime character ? If not, I'd fight as Commander Shepard. Most badass character ever. (well if you play it as a renegade. XD)

Adam Blade or Saten from Needless.

One is a crazed super-human with ability to...well, remeber and re-use other people's abilities, other is superhuman with Energy Conversion ability. And cool cape.


Another would be Dio Brando.
