Lady Une (1), Duo Maxwell (2), Treize Khushrenada (3), Quatre Raberba Winner (4), Quinze (5) Zechs Merquise (6), General Septum (7), and Lucretia Noin (9)
There's probably an eight in among the minor characters in a language I don't know. The German ones (Zechs and Noin) are both spelled wrong (sechs and neun) but pronounced right. Septum is a little bit of stretch but there's enough motif there to justify it.
