Sooo, is this shipping to people who bought it anytime soon? It seems like it kept getting pushed back, and then the announcement that nothing would ship until after the 11th, but now after that and still no info =\

I'm waiting too, but I'm assuming they're swamped in trying to get a lot of the books out (seems like a lot were held up by conventions/moving offices). I'd say shoot them an email later in the week if there's still no sign.
Don't be hesitant! They're generally super great about getting books out quickly when they get them in, this is the only real big hiccup I've seen really apart from delays, but nobody likes those :(

But AX doesn't just pop up out of nowhere; the move could have, but I would hope it didn't. Better communication here or somewhere like Twitter would be appreciated.

Like, at the very least, when there was the delays and then the whole "we aren't shipping til after AX" thing, they could at least shoot an e-mail to the people who have it pre-ordered since the start of the year and be like "Hey, we're sorry, but it's slightly delayed, here's the new date, etc". It's just a little annoying having to check the store and here in hopes that there's any update on what's going on with it.

I dont mean to be negative since I love everything Fakku is doing and want to keep showing my support, but its pretty disheartening to see people post photos of books they've purchased at AX which haven't even been shipped out to people who preordered six months in advance. I refer specifically to a retweet on the twitter account of someone who purchased futabu mix at AX. Just my two cents. I'm excited for when these books start shipping out.

Now that the move is complete and everyone is back from Expo you'll start seeing orders move faster, you should see all pre-orders out by the end of the month. Thank you guys again, and my apologies on the delays.
As for if this is going to happen every year - no! This year was a busy year and we've learned a lot and will be doing everything we can to prevent it from happening again next year.
