That's all there is to it, it's your decision.
Why would it be better for you? The price is...the same?
It's just about the shipping cost and I am wondering how they can just have half the price. Can't you ship with the same carrier or whatever?
If that's the way it is, I wouldn't feel bad about getting the digital version elsewhere. I mean, I supported you, I payed for it, so why would I not get it.
Lol at how at a former pirating site, I even don't want to say things like that even though that used to be normal here, too.
I worked for UPS for 6 months and Fedex for 2.5 years. If you pay $15 to ship an item, Amazon will pay $3 to ship the same item. Why? Because they ship in huge bulks and get better rates because of it. Fakku has to include shipping and packaging costs into their rates. I'm fine paying more knowing that Fakku is getting the money directly and they will package my items well.
When you buy through Fakku you get the digital copy and you can continue to read that way until the physical copy arrives. With Amazon you get the free shipping instead of the digital copy. You need to remember that Fakku is the one bringing these books over for us and not Amazon.
One thing I would like to see is Fakku using flat rate boxes from the USPS and packaging in those for Priority Mail options. It would save them costs on boxes. They would still need filler and tape but most costs come from the box itself. If you ever need shipping expertise Jacob let me know :)
