FAKKU Books Recommendations

Hey all, I'm curious what you would recommend to be top buys in the FAKKU book lineup thus far. After looking over what FAKKU has released to date, I'm interested in most titles but I'm trying to make a short list of top priority titles and would like some feedback.

So far, I've ordered the following:
Let Loose with Lewd Boobs!
Non Virgin
Metamorphosis
Ima♡Real
Kira Kira
A Body For Play
TiTiKEi
Peachy-Butt Girls
Renai Sample

Love them all for the art, but I especially enjoyed the story in Metamorphosis and, to a lesser degree, Ima♡Real.

Of the FAKKU tankoubons not listed above, what ones would you most recommend and why?

Bashful Break is probably my top pick as of now for the art alone but I'd like to hear some opinions on the others. The 2016 FAKKU Books Poll seems to indicate Pandemonium, Kogals, Sluts, and Whatever, and After School Vanilla are pretty popular at least. I'm fond of monster girls and fantasy, so the succubus content in Pandemonium seems right up my alley. The 2015 FAKKU Books Poll seems to show, besides TiTiKEi, Love Ridden and The Job of a Service Committee Member among the top picks. the art looks nice for both to me. For those of you fond of these, what made them stand out for you?

Honestly, just looking at the high quality artwork alone, I'll probably end up buying all the FAKKU books, if not most all, eventually. I just need to prioritize what to get first. Are there any I should focus on getting due to a high risk of the print copies selling out soon or do I not need to worry there as they will be restocked?

Also, how often does FAKKU run sales in the store? I saw they did a one day Black Friday deal this year, which I missed out on, where some books were 50% off. Was that for both print and digital or just digital? Are there any other sales like that planned or that usually happen at certain times of the year?

Hanafuda, it's not fap, it's pure art and a first book here that had real story.

I recommend Melty Gaze, my favorite fakku book till now. The art style is godlike in my opinion although most stories are vanilla so I don't know if a lover of darker stuff would like them. Even the two NTR stories in the book are kind of sweet...

In regards to the sales:
Digital sales pop up randomly (for special occasions) from time to time for selected books (like the sale for Mating with Oni - Daughter Chapter as celebration of the release of the second part or the sale of Titikei (I think as celebration of the anniversary of the book)).
Print sales normally happen on fixed dates, most prominent Black Friday and Valentine's Day. This Last year's Black Friday featured free worldwide shipping on the first day (which resulted in me losing my mind and buying eleven books) and 50% off for selected digital books on the next two days. On Valentine's Day 2016 you got 50% off of vanilla themed books for both digital and physical copies.

After School Vanilla, the girls faces are just amazing.

Love Ridden is a better tank than Pandemonium (unless you like pattenako). Get that one next, you wont regret it. Also PuniKano and Porno switch are classics (aka re read status).

I enjoy all kinds of stuff minus Yaoi and Guro, just not my kind of stuff, so Vanilla is just fine with me, too. Basically, as long as it is not super gory and violent and not full of guy on guy stuff, futa and crossdress/trans are fine, I will check anything out, especially if the style of the art catches my fancy. Main thing that draws me for any series besides the art is how well the characters are portrayed, their charm and quirks, and how well the story flows from panel to panel. Also, thanks for the heads up on the sales. I guess I will keep a look out for a sale around Valentine's Day then. Whew, that's a big order with 11 books, but it makes sense for overseas shipping costs being saved for sure. I bought all 9 of the books above without a sale but split them between instock and pre-order. Will have to wait until March for the print copies of Metamorphosis, Non Virgin, and Let Loose with Lewd Boobs! to ship.

Though I have to agree, the Black Friday Sale was a God send. I only hope that by removing postage fees for a day FAKKU was able to at least break even with sales figures.

My recommendation is The Job of a Service Committee Member, I'll admit I only have a few books from Fakku, but this one is pretty much top tier in my book.
Art is good. Stories tend to be on the brutal side, surely not for vanilla fans, with some humoristic moments, especially the P.E teacher in the first story, that one made me burst out laughing.
Good fap material and a nice addition of spice for a vanilla collection.

For another recommandation: Hanafuda. That one was described prior, so I won't add anything new. This is art. Shame the physical is in Delay Hell.

From a pure art work stand point, I would go with Let's do it and Kogals, Sluts, and Whatever. The amount of details drawn by authors is amazing in them. Although I'm little bias because I love Gyaru/Kogals/dark skin girls.

But seeing how you like the darker story of Metamorphosis and Ima Real. I would recommended The Job of a Service Committee Member. I think you would like the stories presented in book.

You will really enjoy Pandemonium. Trust me :)

Porno Switch - My 2015 pick. I'm a Hisasi fanboy. No shame.
PuniKano - A work of art. If you liked Unrequited Lovesickness, then this should also appeal to you. Easily one of my favorite books on the list.
A Healthy Appetite - Filled with lots of my old favorites from when I read scans. You may recognize some of the stuff in here.
Heat Alert - This book is just a lot of fun, I think.
Let's Do It - My pick for 2016, as I just really enjoy saitom's style.

I think maybe my preferences are somewhat boring but I like what I like.

When I buy fakku books I normally do the same because once an order reaches 80 bucks I have to pay a customs fee and this is an easy way to avoid this scenario.
(Although I still have to go to the customs office if I order from project h, because they aren't able to understand that I need an accessible bill from the outside of the package so that the customs officer can calculate the taxes....)



Well... I had the digital versions of eight of those books, so I could upgrade them. 10$ per book and I don't have to pay for the (international) shipment? It would've been unreasonable to not buy those books! And the other three were older books I wanted to buy eventually and Black Friday seemed like a great opportunity...

@chrisbrosado123 thanks for the recs as well. I did indeed enjoy Unrequited Lovesickness. Hey, well all have our preferences and fetishes. I'm open to most stuff as long as I find it sexy and/or cute in some way. It doesn't hurt FAKKU has released pretty much all tanks with top notch artwork thus far. Hard to not find something to like with all that talent.

I am not a very big fan of the Meme50 books fakku published. XXX maiden is better than Heat Alert, but the best works from meme50 imo are Limit Break! and Sakari Sakarare.

Buy them all?

If I had about an extra $500 laying around I would right now lol.

I pretty much plan to get them all eventually. Just can't afford to get them all at once. Trying to narrow down a short list with higher priority titles for now.

Actually i seen a few ebay auctions end in the high hundred and one with every current including a bosshi xxx min for 275$

Okay, after finally taking the time to preview all the FAKKU books, I think I've got my priority list made up now. This was incredibly hard to make since so many books are appealing to me in one way or another. That said, I focused on the ones that caught my attention the most for high, put ones I'm slightly less drawn to at first glance in mid, and put the ones that did not stand out to me as much as the ones above in low. They are in no particular order and I suppose I will rank them against each other by group later when I have the time.

I did not include the ones that are currently digital and focused only on those in print. I should also note I did not read any of them on the dark side, I just previewed the chapters by skimming them and looked at tags. It is possible I'm overlooking stuff in some due to that, but I'd rather read them in FAKKU quality my first time than suffer with scans.

There are still more than I'd like in the high section, but I had a hard enough time narrowing it down to those ten... dang, that's still $200 + shipping for those alone at regular price lmao. Hopefully there is a Valentine's Day sale this year with a good discount again, hahaha.
