I am also interested. Is the $12.95 for each book separately? Or does the subscription include both books? I am also hoping for zip file downloads like the tankoubon releases since I usually read them on a computer that does not have an internet connection. I would be willing to download individual chapters instead of monthly collections since that would let me pick and choose according to my preferences. Will payment be through Paypal? I have also subscribed to sites through CCBill without problems.

Yes. I want to be able to download manga, books, doujins into my tablet/cell phone for future reading.
I believe you can already download paid books and I'm sure there is some bookmarklet / plugin for that or use some site *cough cough* :p
It's per month I believe. I'm not sure about the zip part.. My guess is most likely no.
