I know the Girls forM Hentai Magazine hasn't been discontinued and is still publishing.
NO.

Looked at the link and read the twitter. Didn't know the Girls forM Hentai Magazine discontinued at 27 December 2019. But still they published at lest 20 volumes of that hentai magazine. The reason I know this is because I checked up the website for the publisher who are responsible for that hentai magazine. Fakku have only four of those volumes (vol. 13 to vol. 16) available on the website. So with this new information, let me repeat but as well rephrase my question; why haven't Fakku updated and published the rest of the Girls forM Hentai Magazine volumes on the site?

It's for the same reason they don't publish all of Koh, Europa, or any older issues of the magazines they regularly update:
They already have enough on their plate just trying to keep up with the magazines they are working on. FAKKU has gotten a lot quicker to complete recent magazine issues but the average completion time is 4 - 8 months depending on the magazine (I know because I literally have a spreadsheet of this shit) and this is with the context that only last month (March) did the most 2019 backlog get done. But what's the consequence of working on the backlog in March? The March Issues get pushed aside! And now FAKKU has to try and deal with the April issues! Hence the 2019 backlog is just literally getting replaced by releases in 2020! And the cycle continues. So I don't think its reasonable, especially for a magazine that caters to a certain fetish, to ask FAKKU to complete ALL of the remaining issues of Girls forM.
I did a thought experiment to put things in context: I've glanced through the Girls forM section to check the number of artists per issue and averaged them to get a total of 17 artist per issue. Assuming for the best case scenario for FAKKU's workload, suppose that each release from each artist is 16 pages (16 pages is what i feel is the sweet spot for short full length release in a magazine). There are 16 issues left of Girls forM, which makes for a total of 17 x 16 x 16 = 4352 pages (or 17 x 16 = 272 releases) for FAKKU to translate, redraw, and edit. And that is in THE BEST CASE SCENARIO FOR PAGE COUNT. That is a fuck ton of work for a niche magazine.
