No, they're pretty much the same. The doujin releases are published independent of a publishing house, so typically there are less hurdles to getting those published in english. The tank on the other hand, while almost having no difference, aside from perhaps slightly more polished artwork or extras pages, is published through a commerical publisher so essentially it means you'd have to go through them to get it published in english. Add to that, FAKKU, as far as i'm aware, don't work with Comic Megastore (yet) so their books are pretty much off the table.
J18 Publishing have released 3 Comic Megastore books though, so they might have better luck..

First time seeing this series and after looking into I also hope it gets a release and I’ll definitely be preordering if so but also noticed on Twitter fakku apparently posted chapters back in 2012 which are no longer on here not sure why they ain’t tho
Edit: purely because I want more long story focused hentai releases just like this one fakku has so many physical copy’s that boil down to mostly collections of short story’s so it would be nice to get longer story’s like a continuation of the Pandra series or by other creators like Hakaba’s Koukai Benjo

esuke's works are very well-liked among (and favorited by) many subscribers and he himself tweeted that fakku reprinted his debut work that was published here 3+ yrs ago, at least once. and at least the 4th book was very well-received in japan as well (guess the upcoming 5th book will be too since he recently drew a cover etc). sales pitch over, thank you for your attention!

I would love to see the Pandra series, specifically Grimore of Divine Comedy (pandra 2) and Pandra 3rd Ignition get turned into physical books. It would also be pretty cool if we finally got a physical compilation of residence of obscene art, since it was the prequel to the pandra series.

Additionally, I really enjoyed Kito Sakeru’s tankoubon from Fakku; I thought it was both dark but humours, tones that really worked to compliment each other. I would love to see more of their work, specifically OneShota or futa.
As you can see I mostly only read futa (no futaxmale), with a bit of OnexShota. Thus, as someone that almost only reads futa I hope I can look forward to more such releases, even if it’s not the most mainstream genre.
