Is Futabasha really an available editor? I'm seriously starting to doubt it! Furthermore it might be time for Fakku to make an effort to finally work with Mujiin ti.net especially given the number of very good artists who work with them, I'm not going to make a big deal out of it but I regularly chat with some of their authors and according to them this situation is really very strange, but hey only your site and Mujiin know what is going on so it is up to you to settle your differences with them because I sincerely doubt that you get along so well with Mujiin ti.net , Otherwise why would they refuse to work with you when they have the same policy as the Japanese publishers who already work with you? I think this question is a matter of common sense.
In short, As for the book I want, I'm reposting this one

Honestly I always loved Yanagawa-sensei's works, because the erotic stories he wrote were always great and especially his drawings were magnificent, but unfortunately he passed away in 2020 and so I would really like Fakku to publish this book, if only to pay homage to him, it's only my opinion, but I still hope that FAKKU will publish this book or even another because every fan of erotic manga should at least know one of the works of this great artist

I am starting to think that something is wrong with FAKKU demands . For example Jacob said 'Lastly, we're on good terms with pretty much every publisher we've been in contact with. Some still have their reasons to not pursue licensing for the time being, and we respect their wishes in that regard.' and that includes Hit Publishing which includes artists like my favorite Shiwasu no Okina . How a much smaller western hentai publisher(that i will not name here) can publish books from them and yet Jacob said 'These publishers are currently not interested in overseas/uncensored distribution, or we're still negotiating.' I don't understand . We both mentioned different publishers but I am starting to think that there is a common ''problem'' that is not created by the Japanese publishers . There are just my suspicions but it's been almost a decade since Jacob created this thread and what he wrote in it.

I completely agree with you and as you mentioned, there are books which are part of Japanese publishers unavailable at FAKKU but which are sold by smaller Western publishers, moreover you mentioned Shiwasu no Okina so I think I know what book you are talking about, given that I saw it myself, so there is necessarily a problem, moreover one of the Japanese artists with whom I speak regularly told me that there There were quite negative things in Fakku's requests of course I'm not going to elaborate, but at this stage it might be time for this thread to be updated in relation to the available publishers because if customers make requests for books which are with available publishers but in the end FAKKU publishes almost no books from this publisher it still poses a big problem but what I find the most problematic coming from FAKKU is that they say that certain Japanese publishers are unavailable to them while other smaller Western publishers publish books from its so-called unavailable publishers, it's clearly weird and you'd have to be blind not to see it.

If someone told you we don't work with a publisher, I'm willing to bet that's a quote from several years ago. Things change over time, and negotiations often take months if not year between a publisher changing their stance and a license being announced. Case in point, we just revealed a ti-net (Mujin) book at our Anime Expo panel yesterday--which I think has only been announced in the #general channel on the FAKKU discord.
It's also important to clarify that artists aren't employees, but contractors who mainly communicate with the publisher through an editor. In general, contractors are on a need-to-know basis in any business, and I don't know how privy they are to partner negotiations unless it directly involves them. Given the chain of us > publisher > editor > artist, it's not unreasonable to imagine miscommunications happening, or that information is intentionally omitted at some step in the process. Add to this that the language changes somewhere along the way, which could further muddy the information.
Ultimately, we have no reason to lie about a partner not wanting to work with us. And even if we are lying (I guess meaning we don't want to work with them), the end result is the same: we won't publish anything from them in the immediate future. Hope this sheds some light on the situation.

ok. since ti-net are apparently on the table now, i'd once again like to request that you publish their old Akatsuki Myuuto library, particularly Welcome To Hinagiku Virgin Lost Club. the japanese name is: ヒナギクヴァージンロストクラブへようこそ
since his doujinshi stuff was apparently quite successful for irodori (they published all but the newest doujinshi that was just released), i think his regular books can find an audience here as well.

Once again, hope to get atleast one book from Rocket Monkey, which has just been released - some western publishers have got their hands on this artist before, so I don't think it will be difficult. I think it is time to explore other publishers as well.

I saw a placeholder for the EN version of this book that was published (this is not ad ) by Diamond Comic Distributors, Inc. in 2010 and the imprint is Eros Comix . I have several question about this . Did they publish it uncensored ? Do they still have the licensing rights for the English version . ? So in other words this is his only book that i would understand that you 100% can't publish it due to technical problems .... but if you manage to obtain the licensing rights for an English uncensored on your website and you publish the rest of the books and do a reprint for tokoharu apartments , you are gonna make a lot of fans happy that are willing to buy the books of this author.
