It doesn't seem like it will happen anytime soon since Fakku is only publishing works by Wani right now and Twin Milf is not published by Wani.

That being said I have already suggested getting those published myself. In fact, I recently purchased the Japanese editions because I like the series that much. If Fakku published them I would more than likely purchase them again.
