Shipping Now! - Renai Sample

Time to give everyone an update on Renai Sample! Previously I wanted to have the books shipped by the first week of November, but unfortunately that wasn't possible. Right now we are expecting to receive Renai Sample from our printers on November 24th, currently they are in a bunch of shipping containers on a nice boat somewhere in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Once we receive them we will be shipping them out immediately starting with the oldest orders first; it will probably take about a week to get them all sent out. I take responsibility for being overly optimistic on our initial shipping date, I really wish we could ship the books out earlier. To make it up to everyone, I am going to gift every user that has pre-ordered Renai Sample up until now a free subscription to FAKKU Gold. FAKKU Gold has not been officially released or even announced. It is still in an early Alpha, but it is the foundation for a service that will eventually be implemented on FAKKU. I am actively working on this so you can provide me with feedback and suggestions and even hatemail, right now you'll be able to: turn off all advertisements, receive 10% discount on all store purchases (including FAKKU Books), set your own custom rank, use the read history feature, use the read later feature, keep track of multiple avatar uploads, configure a bunch of random options, and post in the FAKKU Gold forum. I stress this is still in Alpha, so don't hate me too much if something doesn't work 100% correctly. I'll be giving everyone FAKKU Gold later today/tomorrow and will be sending out an email with more details. Going forward I am going to make sure there is a 2 - 3 month window between when we send a book to be printed and when we expect to start shipping the book so that this doesn't happen again. Unfortunately this was something that we could only learn by actually printing the book. Additionally, we are going to hold off on releasing any new titles until Renai Sample ships. I do not think it is fair to start promoting our next few books when you still haven't received the first one. To give you a teaser of what's to come, our current plan is to launch four different books in December, including two unannounced titles. P.S. December is our 8 year anniversary. All that said, there is some good news! We received the advanced copies of Renai Sample (32 books), and I want to share with you some pictures. These are primarily for press release and promotional stuff, but these are exactly the same as the books you will be getting. I don't think I mentioned this previously but all books will be shrink wrapped, this way you'll know if someone opened your mail and looked at your hentai. By the way, if you moved in the last few months make sure you have updated your shipping address appropriately. Opening the box... Aha! It's been a week so far since the status of my order change to "shipped," but in the USPS tracking information, it's still at the "shipping label created" stage. Is there anything to worry about, or are they just planning to ship out orders in waves?

My guess is that they were stuck at FAKKU last week since they couldn't be shipped through the holiday, and they're due to ship out with the other orders processed today around COB (ie within a few hours or so). So everything should go fine as long as they don't get forgotten about... would love some reassurance...

UPDATE: USPS now tells me that they moved the package up to Washington and sent it out back on Saturday. So apparently the tracking information was backed up or something.

At this point in time, I think USPS is bogged down with orders which is causing delays in shipment. I don't blame them for this considering the holidays ended recently. The only words I can offer is "be patient for a little bit longer."

That said, I'm really glad I placed my order early and got my copy early. Hopefully, you guys get to enjoy what some of us have been enjoying for a few weeks now.

EDIT: I feel like such a bad person for doing this as if it were an afterthought, but I salute Jacob and his group for the work they are doing, bringing to us such a high quality book. I know they are busy but I just want to extend my gratitude and thanks.

Got mine today, a second ago!!! When I took a shower!!!
Finish shower in no time, lol.
I ordered with first class package, and tracking system told me that departed LA in 12/31 (still tell me that, lol). I think it's pretty fast to ship across Pacific ocean, normally it'd take about 2-3 weeks to ship with First Class to South East Asia.

I think that because that the closest major hub for international shipping in the northwest. You would think that Seattle would have mail flights. I don't think they have mail custom checks there maybe.

That because the book contains some small boobs and was confiscated for the glory of a pure frostback nation. I'll meet you in the woods near the border with a truck full of lolicon and fresh buds and all you need is 20 boxes of Jim Horton's and 2000pills of metformin and 50 vials of insulin.

Finally got the book today. One thing I noticed one the last colored pages, the seam are glued too much and some of the text are covered.

That is how much I can pull it without something tearing, but all in all its a great book.
