This is pretty great, I just hope we can pledge a certain amount per book and not have to commit to $500 from the start to back all the books on kickstarter.
Feel free to post suggestions on different backer tiers, we haven't finalized them yet!
If payments are acceptable through Fakku for this, I would for example suggest a subscription tier, where users can stay subscribed and receive a book every time it comes out without having to commit to individual volumes like the volume sales now. You would need an initial commitment for 1 book ~$25 on Kickstarter to get started.
Another idea for Kickstarter would be a bundle option. Where you commit to X amount of books. Let's say to get the project off the ground, you need enough funding for 3 books, UrotsukidÅji, La Blue Girl and Demon Beast Invasion. So you can make a tier to have people pay $75 for the three books, plus maybe throw in a cool bonus like a poster, sticker, t-shirt, etc.
I'm personally a sucker for special backer things, a figure, an autographed poster, etc, so that can be another tier with x amount of books for $250 for example.
Another idea is a voucher system. You commit to $100 for example and you get 4 vouchers, redeemable for any books that comes out now or in the future. And you could even let users redeem them on existing books in the fakku library both digital and physical, not necessarily Toshio Maeda's.
