Viewer Discretion advised: need to read vol 1 before vol 2?

IIRC they are all one off stories so no real need to read them in order.

like the other guy said, the first story arc this author has ever done is still ongoing and will probably be published in one volume once it's done. so you won't miss anything if you buy the first or second volume alone.
